Privacy
Stardust is a small creative studio in Los Angeles. This page says what we keep about you, why, and what you can do about it. It's written to be read, not scrolled past.
Last updated September 2026.
What we collect, and when
When you send an inquiry. Your name, phone number, email if you give one, the message you write, a deadline if you have one, and any reference images you attach. We ask for a phone number because we follow up by phone.
When you have a portal account. Your name, email, phone number, and the organisations you belong to. For each project: the intake you fill in, the reference material you upload, your approvals and revision requests, notes between us, and the finished files. If you name other people on an intake — a manager, a venue contact — we keep their name and number so we can reach them about that project.
Our own notes about reaching you. When to call, which number, that sort of thing. These are the studio's working notes and aren't shown in your portal.
What we don't collect. We don't run advertising trackers or analytics on this site. The only cookies are the ones that keep you signed in.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to do the work you've asked for, to send you drafts and finished files, and to invoice you. Nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it to market other things to you.
Where it lives
The site runs on Vercel. Account and project records are held by Supabase, and uploaded files by Cloudflare R2. All three are in the United States. They store data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Project records and files stay for as long as you're a client and for a reasonable time after, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back and so our records are complete. If you'd like something removed sooner, ask.
Your choices
You can see and change your own details in your portal. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email visuals@stvrdust.com or reach us on the number you already have. We'll answer within a reasonable time. Some things we have to keep — invoices, for instance — for as long as the law says.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell portal clients directly.
